Data relating to persons - protection of privacy

MOPSYS collects personal data about clients who register with its Internet site and about those who use its training platforms.

By registering with the site or using a MOPSYS platform, for trial purposes or after having acquired the rights to use it, the user expressly gives his/her consent for the personal data provided to be processed.

Personal data is only used to allow certain functionalities of the site to be used, or to allow the platforms to be used.

Personal information is not communicated to third parties except as needed in order to achieve the training and certification objectives linked to the use of the platform (communication with the employer, a professional or scientific association, or public authorities).

Personal information shall under no circumstances be communicated to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

The user has the right to access the data and have data concerning him/her corrected; this can be done by sending an e-mail to the following address: support -at- mopsys.be.

Personal data will be retained for a period of at most three years.

MOPSYS has submitted a statement about the processing of personal data to the Belgian Privacy Commission (Commission for the Protection of Privacy), which has registered it under the data processing code with reference 1231352315344.
